Great Icecream and they mix in whatever you could imagine into it on a frozen counter

Not the best. This Cold Stone is inside of a Tim Horton's coffee shop and it is barely utilized. I often wonder about the product freshness because I never see anyone get ice cream from here and I'm at Tim Horton's daily. It is very expensive and I feel not a good value. If I want good ice cream I go to Young's Jersey Dairy near Yellow Springs (which is a long drive, but extremely worth it). I don't mess with anything local and go where the good stuff is!
Customer service was horrible and the ice cream was melting in the display freezer and was pretty much melted into soup when given to us, my 2 year old couldn't even eat his. And when the cashier swiped our card she just gave it back, walked away... that was it. There was no thank you, have a good day..... Or your card worked or not.... Nothing... We stood there for a minute waiting for a receipt or trying to figure out what was going on but no one came back... The worse experience at a cold stone ever.
This location is combined with a Tim Horton's. Staff seem to lack product knowledge and a reluctant and/or surly when asked for Cold Stone products
