I was on my way home for the holidays when my front left tire popped. I pulled in the nearest gas station and tried (unsuccessfully) to put a donut on. Bill Cyr, their service director happened to pull up to the gas station. He offered for one of his guys to come down and help. Within 5 minutes, two of his mechanics arrived and changed my tire. When I asked them where their buisness was so I could get my tire changed, they said that they did not have the right tire, and it would take a few hours to get. They were honest, helpful, and referred me to a good place to get my tire changed. Based off this interaction, I would 100% trust Prather Automotive with my car.
