As of 4/4/16, they have stopped picking up the phones. The phones ring, ring, and ring. But nobody picks up. This is a sign that the lines are receiving calls properly, but, they refuse nonetheless. My business was lost here.
In reference and my comment to what Ruby Gloom wrote, it's unfortunate that their customer service is lacking; nothing that a little friendly competition won't cure, "Uber" anyone?!
Not to mention how rude/dead sounding the secretaries sound. They sound like they hate their life and you as well. They are often late upon pickup. Or even so early that you're not ready, so they take off. Terrible service.
