Worst $8.00 lunch ever.
On a regular day, the staff is incredibly friendly and gives large portions of everything. On an unusual day (meaning I accidentally showed up half an hour before they open for lunch), they quickly prepare everything so that they can still get you your food as quickly as possible. Easily the best staff of any fast-ish food restaurant I have ever been to.
Dear Chipotle Team, Just had a veggie bowl at this location 1975 W Michigan Street, Sidney, Ohio...this is the best Veggie Bowl I had till date...all the 3 individuals working today night were very good at service, they went above and beyond to fry some onions for me separately, as i requested for it. Keep up the good work. From A Happy Customer.
Service was good. They were out of Carnita. The cook was sweeping the floor and then went straight to the stove to remove food and did not was hands or use gloves prior to handling the container.
Never visit this location again.
When it comes to fast food in Sidney nothing beats Chipotle. The workers are friendly and competent, the facilities are clean, and the food is amazing as you would expect out of any Chipotle. I regularly take my lunches here for great service and even better flavor!
As I was leaving, two employees basking in the sun near trash/ dumpster area.
Portions were tiny. Half a scoop of rice, half scoop of black beans, half scoop of chicken, half scoop corn and tomato. Barely cover bottom of bowl. Asked for a table to be cleaned. Lady came out and wiped one off but it wasn't the table where I set my stuff down. Every other table still had debris on them and she went back to kitchen area.
Fed up and ate off tray.
