When we returned, Randall insisted that we put on 3000 miles instead of the 1500 or so that we had documented receipts to prove our whereabouts on a tight timeline. That was an overcharge of $350.00! We would have had to travel to Arizona and back to use all of that.
I rented a car from here Thursday evening and returned it Friday afternoon. I was charged for 2 days rental but had the car for less than 24 hours. I did not complain because when I took the car I had intended on keeping it for 4 days but my mechanic had fixed my car faster than I had anticipated.
I will give these guys another try again but this time I'm going to ask in detail about how the fee structure works.
