Very friendly. Although they forgot to give me back my utility bill and I had to pay it late. Not really their fault. Car was very clean. They explained everything thoroughly. I had no problems whatsoever. Would deal with again

The staff is super rude! So I got there a hour early because we wanted to get on the road early. So since I'm from California the lady ask for a credit card. I said I only carry my debit card. She said "well I can't rent the car to you corporate policy". I said I never had a problem before and there no rules on Expedia or Enterprise saying I need a credit card to rent a car. She says we normal call the customer but your number was not on file. I look at my reservation and there my phone number clear as day. People rent cars because they're from a different state. So unfortunately I had to get my friend to rent the car which was very inconvenient for me because we need to get on the road. I had to go to the bank then they tell us we need utility bill so my friend had to go get a copy of the bill. So long story short it took us a hour to get everything. So when we go back. The ladies says I can't take your Spectrum bill I like why she said "I don't have Spectrum and I don't know what the bill look like so I can't accept this", my friend had the screenshot and a regular bill. Then the lady ask the other coworker can we used the bill. He said yes. She doesn't even apologize. So I wanted a compact car and they give me a SUV because they don't have any. I like I don't want a SUV because of gas and I get here on time to get the car I ask for. So I piss and the only reason I took the SUV (which is old and nothing is updated) was because I needed something. This was a horrible experience and I very disappointed with the customer service.
Very friendly staff, quick and easy process. I got upgrade for free too. My experience was hassle free and I will definitely be renting from them again

My car was not available, when I arrived ( no fault of theirs, the customer was late)but enterprise bent over backwards to make it right! I will use them again!
Awful. Picked up the car, the associate, Kameron, did not inspect the vehicle. Assuming he knew his job. I took the car. Now on return they claim damage from hail. It never hailed at my house. So now my word against theirs. Word to the wise. Even if they don't inspect the vehicle, insist upon that. Don't take it until every hairline scratch is undocumented. Don't rely on the integrity of the staff at Sidney Enterprise since, they have none.
